In response to feedback from guests the hotel has decided to protect privacy and stop offering automatic daily servicing of rooms. If guests staying for more than two nights want housekeeping it can be arranged upon request. For all guests a basket of fresh supplies will be placed outside room doors after the first night and replenished daily as required. Arrivals earlier than advertised check-in times are possible. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival for more information. You can use the hotel's car park on the morning of your arrival and park for up to one day after check-out. Please note guide dogs are allowed in the hotel. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great place for a short trip to Gloucester and the surrounding area."

The location was excellent for getting into the city, and with free parking was a great base. The room was a good size, with fridge included, plus usual kettle and tea making facilities. The shower was powerful, with large towels provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. A fan was provided, necessary as this was a very hot week. The hotel was quiet even though it is situated on a main road into town.

It suited our needs on this trip. No negatives.

Location, friendly staff and cleanliness.

Had to catch an early morning flight from Bristol so booked taxi to pick us up at 2.00am. Unfortunately at that time of the night we could only leave the hotel through the back door and had to make our way to the pick up point in total darkness through the garden and car park.
