In response to feedback from guests the hotel has decided to protect privacy and stop offering automatic daily servicing of rooms. If guests staying for more than two nights want housekeeping it can be arranged upon request. For all guests a basket of fresh supplies will be placed outside room doors after the first night and replenished daily as required. Arrivals earlier than advertised check-in times are possible. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival for more information. You can use the hotel's car park on the morning of your arrival and park for up to one day after check-out. Please note guide dogs are allowed in the hotel. A deposit may be required at the property.

Excellent location, walking distance to Cathedral and Quays. Room well sized, very clean and comfortable with fridge, kettle and microwave - which was unexpected.

The room was nice and big.

There was no WiFi connection. We messaged. No one really replied. We went to the reception to look for WiFi facilities. There was no one in the reception. Because of that the television was not working either. The shower head was not working properly and somehow we used it..there was a different way to open it I guess. We just tried and figured out somehow.

Lovely friendly welcome. The room Had a microwave and fridge with a freezer Compartment! So unexpected that I could refreeze my lunch packs for the next days outing. Huge bonus.

"Gem of a hotel with parking and a comfortable night sleep."

We had a big spacious room and bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, didn’t realise I liked memory foam mattresses so much. It was all very clean and the parking onsite was good to have. We had a very pleasant welcome and then good breakfast in the morning. Nice little gem of a hotel.

"A Great Find"

The room was clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. Having a microwave and fridge was a bonus. The decor was lovely and the large bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of cereals and teas. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

There was nothing to dislike.
