Great get away. Quiet in the winter, so it was perfect for us. Amazing duntide views EVERY morning! Loved the ocean smells and sounds.

We had an ocean front view. The room had everything you could need. Great place for an extended stay. Would come again.

Was surprize to see pull down beds in the box.The place was a little worn down from places i am used to staying. My main concern was that the tv was a rocu set up could not see local news or channels. A little up setting since it rained the whole weekend. Would not stay there again sorry. the girl at the desk was pleasent and did call a few times to see how things were. i did not discuss my concerns with her since they were not her fault.

Great location. Pleasant staff. Could be a little more comfortable but overall a good trip for the money.

We arrived to this hotel after driving for 6hrs to no one to check us in. The entire staff leaves at 5pm. I had to go to hotel next door for help. They leave 1 key in a lock box. No parking pass. No toilet paper in room , limited towels. It’s Labor Day weekend you will think as busy as it was they would pay someone to be there to help out guest. Horrible. Not once all weekend did they come clean. DONT STAY HERE.

This hotel was reasonably priced and for the price, a great deal! Not fancy or modern but clean and very convenient. The staff was wonderful, the sheets and towels nicely kept and sanitary. Quiet hotel, no wild parties and that’s just the way we like it! I’d definitely stay there again and again! 30 steps to the boardwalk so it was easy to go back to the hotel for my Grandson’s nap time. We had an ocean view which was a nice surprise!

Hotel was clean, location was excellent, very friendly staff, light was out in bathroom the great staff was there in 5 minutes and fixed it.

Everything from check in to check out was smooth and the rooms were clean and nice . Loved the location and the ocean front room had a great view .will definitely come back here again.

Pictures are much nicer than the actual place. It needs major updating. The beds are pull down beds from the walls which is not mentioned at all and the mattresses are like ones in a pull out couch. It’s a time share property. We arrived Thurs night and could not speak to a Manager with authority to make any decisions about a refund or move to another one of their properties until morning. Orbitz also wouldn’t do anything for us after 4+ hours on the phone unless they got their refund 1st. We were stuck unless we were willing to fork out even more money to move. For the price, the property was not worth it. Plus being a timeshare property, which Orbitz did not disclose, we were going to have to move rooms on Sat for our last night. Boardwalk ocean front from the 2nd floor is not pleasant. You cannot see the boardwalk in front of you, all you see is the black tar looking roof of the shops below where they have placed some picnic tables to sit on etc; and did not like people hanging out right there at our room/balcony. The General Manager was very nice and tried to do what she could with her limited authority after hours. The next day she tried to relocate us to another one of their properties without additional cost; but she had no luck. That morning we also spoke to the VP who was also very nice and did work with their finance Dept and issued a refund and Orbitz gave us our refund less fees. We luckily were able to book elsewhere for the remainder of our trip.
