Boardwalk One

Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm, office was closed, had to wait till clerk returned to check in. After receiving the keys, attempted to find room but after not finding room 207, I returned to the office to ask for location. Only then was I told it was in the other bldg. Found room, walked in and was surprised that both beds were Murphy beds. Uncomfortable mattresses. I had a problem getting the tv to work, my user error, but maintenence quickly showed up to help. The overall condition showed its age but the room was clean. I found the room divider between the beds useful for privacy. The deck was huge and mostly private. Hotel location perfect. Although initially disappointed in the room I ultimately decided it was not so bad and worked out well enough for us. Just keep your expectations moderate or low and you won't be disappointed.

I have stayed here before with my family and we stayed in building a which was very good this time we were put in building B and it was a nightmare we had three sets of people that moved in upstairs the first one was domestic violence which was crazy and very loud and just out rages to everyone was running around stopping screaming the next set of people we had we’re ready to round yeah laid the thirdWas young kids playing their music very loud on the deck that you could hear it when you were away on the boardwalk try sleeping with that it was not very pleasant at all we didn’t get a good nights sleep and the language that my grandchildren got to learn was outrageous we will not be staying here again

Excellent place to stay. Pull out bed makes for plenty of room. Very clean. Comes with paper towels, coffee, dish washing detergent. Has convenient little kitchenette (pots, pans, dishes, coffee cups, glasses, silverware etc.). Nice bathroom with a shower that has good water pressure. Nice balcony. Cable TV & DVD player. Courteous staff! All for a reasonable price!

Great location, nice room, kitchenette a definite plus. Will be back.

I like most things about the hotel- location, oceanfront rooms, strong AC, balcony. Room does show sings of wear- one of the nursing hy beds was quite noisy and no ice mashine.

Overall good experience, very outdated. Just annoyed that we had to change rooms mid trip. They sent an email 12 hours before so it was too late to cancel the booking.

The property is close to wherever we wanted to go even by walking.

Had a wonderful stay.....great location.....got a free upgrade.....staff was great. Plenty of room for both of us

Had a great view of the boardwalk an ocean . Its a great location to walk to stores an resturants .

Had a great time staff was great look forward to staying with them again
