"No ownership "

We have previously stay at this hotel in the past and never had any issues!!! To check in we had to call a late night check in at 8 pm... which took over 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone!!! After a 4 hour drive you do not want to come to a hotel and still have to wait to get someone on the phone to explain to you how to get a key to your hotel room through a lockbox!!! If that was not enough, every single night the room next to ours was playing loud music till 2-3 in the morning. I called late night check in the first Friday that did nothing ..... the room was still loud.... the next day the room was still loud I called front desk during the day to report it ..... the room was still loud..... front desk said if I have issues I should call the police.... I would think this is something the hotel should take care of...... every single night I stayed there they were partying in the room....

The staff is wonderful - they accommodated my request to stay an extra night and managed to switch things around so I could stay in my same room! One staff member was planting herbs while I was there - for guests to use when cooking. All in all, above and beyond in terms of service, friendliness and professionalism.

we had a very nice stay. the rooms are great. a little dated but were sanitized and clean. the view was just what we expected. free onsite parking and the staff was very nice and informative.

Room was ok. Needs a remodel to refresh floors/carpeting. Drain flies coming from garbage disposal was off putting. Ocean view was amazing and Hotel is in a great location at the heart of the Boardwalk.

Yes, the property location was awesome BUT the room was dirty & old! Also, my family of four had to CHANGE rooms in the middle of our stay & we found this out AFTER we booked our stay for 4 nights! Thank god for the generous girl at the front desk, she was extremely helpful & pleasant! Not worth the money never never again!!!

"Poopy tub"

6.0

No TV and clogged tub. When showered it filled with water and when plunged feces came out. Stay was nice besides that.
