Place is filthy

It was very close to the beach. The room was nice and had pull out beds. So if needed one could put the beds away when not using and create more space. It is a small property so easy access to parking lot. But it is a timeshare and they made us move rooms after 1 day stating that owners were coming the next day. This was inconvenient because I had to keep checking my phone at the beach for my other room to be ready. I also didn’t like that the bathtub wouldn’t drain well. The common areas could have been cleaner but I understand that it is hard to keep up with the sand and water. If you are staying for more than 2 days or so you would need to bring your own toiletries and toilet paper etc as they said that they only supply a “ starter” pack. Kitchen was good.

Nice stay for family of 5. Kitchen and room divider made it a plus. Bathroom could have been better. Common areas could have been cleaner..

Parking was VERY limited. I waited 11/2 hours for a space. There is a small garage but only very small cars can fit There are low hanging pipes which most vehicles can’t fit under. Once we got a space we didn’t move until check out. Had to walk so that limited us exploring.

It was ok stay, parking is horrible

Hotel is right on the beach which is great Even when there’s a lot of noise on the beach once you close the slider it’s pretty quiet in your room Units are very outdated and smell smoky, though property is posted as smoke free Tv very small in room Hotel did not have my reservation made on hotels.com Luckily they found me a room as they told me initially they were fully booked

Great ocean view deck and friendly staff

The room was large but had a dampness to it and smell of ac check in was horrible

Everything was ok but they lied about ocean view it is not
