Boardwalk One

The only real bad thing was the beds were very uncomfortable and hard as a rock.

Was disappointed when I first got to the room. Was expecting an upper room with a private balcony, instead got a first floor room and a balcony to be shared by 4 rooms. The room was large, older but nice and clean. Think I would go back another time to the same place.

Murphy beds and sliders didn’t lock

Room was run down and dirty. The smoke detector was not working, Toilet tank was cracked. Ad photo showed direct oceanfront view from balcony. On arrival we had a street view from balcony. Our fault was that we did not read the fine print of the ad however this was misleading advertising. We wont make this mistake again and we won’t come back to stay here.

Loved having an ocean view.. Disappointed in that the price I paid for the room the television did not work 3 out the 4 nights I stayed there, the wifi was down 1 night for 12 hours. I called the after hours number about the issue to only get the run around. When a I asked to talk to the manager I was mis-led several times and was never called back!!. The beds were terribly uncomfortable! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Our unit was a dump, unfortunately. The photos advertised an ocean front unit overlooking the ocean. Our unit was located in the 2nd building behind another establishment and facing the side. The dishes, bathroom, comforters, and carpet were filthy. The bathtub may have had trapped water stuck under it because it felt like you were standing on a waterbed when taking a shower and their drain had a slow drain so it is super clogged. The tiles and bath ceiling were a bit moldy. I think there might even have been cockroaches because our son is allergic to only a few things and 3 out of 4 weren't in proximity so it could only have been that pest. There is cable but only 1 good premium channel when it worked and the rest were local channels; the wifi was useless--our personal hotspots provided better service. We had a family of hippos or big foot who stayed at the unit above us and they constantly stomped on the floor all hours of the day when we were there, even as late as midnight and early as 7am. There were NO SMOKING signs everywhere but as soon as you leave the building, smokers were right outside puffing away, even at the boardwalk where it is also prohibited and supposedly there was 24 hour surveillance everywhere--HA! We were within close proximity of the boardwalk, beach, and fast food joints, and the parking wasn't hard to find. That's pretty much what turned out to be the only positives for this lodging. Will not stay here again!

Room VERY tired, rip in couch, sliding only opened halfway before jumping off track, kitchen cabinet door falling off, MOLD in bathroom around shower.Most kitchen appliances were newer, was close to Boardwalk and beach.

When I booked this unit I was very excited about my vacation. My husband and I were on our way to celebrate our second year wedding anniversary When we open the door to the room I was horrified. The place was dirty had a smell it was sticky and wet the fixtures with old dusty water stained the wallpaper was peeling off the wall but had been painted over and stained. We never even got in the bed we used to have extra blankets to cover ourselves every morning I woke up I was upset that someone would rent a place like this to anyone for the price that they rented it for. The next time I will do my research, but this time it was a terrible disappointment and I felt like I was staying in some torn down place from the projects, I was very disappointed and I would never use you guys again. I was definitely taken advantage of and therefore would never recommend you guys to anyone.

The property is located on 1st street which is very convenience and easy access to everything with the Boardwalk and parking without having to fight for a space to park. The property needs a major catch up with the time as the room is decorated in 1980's and the AC in our room work with low cold air and make very noisy that no one can sleep at night.

Property is close to the boardwalk with a full kitchen and is pretty spacious for the price.
