Breakfast was excellent!! Generally food was good, the location was amazing. Staff were excellent and very polite

Kettle in room you had to unplug to fill up at the tap. Staffing at lunchtime and early afternoon for a drink was a bit sparse, waited too long to be served.

Amazing location, lounge and restaurant. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Pool and sauna were great added extras. Restaurant and bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately a few things really let this property down - very early check-out and then very late check-in, ants in our bedroom and bathroom, very stiff, old French windows in our bedroom so we had to ask for help to open them and consistently poor service from the reception staff (eg not knowing where yoga was meant to be and then being told it had been cancelled due to weather but we hadn’t been told, 2 errors on our bill at check out totalling £300 and no apology for that and finally being told to find the tennis balls in the hedge if we wanted to play! I would have been happy to provide this feedback directly to the manager at reception when we checked out but she did not seem open to a conversation.

Great location ! Fantastic views ! Absolutely amazing and helpful staff!

When we arrived, we noticed some spiders and cobwebs in the corners of the room, and the bathroom could have used a bit more attention to cleanliness. Also, when we turned on the fan in the bathroom, a lot of dust came down, which was a bit unpleasant.

Location and views are amazing (especially when it’s sunny!). Very clean and spacious hotel. Food very high quality.
