Hotel Downtown

In a quiet area, near some outstanding restaurants, spacious and comfortable room, delicious breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. Organized a trip for us to Rila Monastery which was excellent with an amazing guide.

The hotel has a nice breakfast and rooms with a good size. However this is not a 4 star hotel. But I would come again since the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good location in the middle of Sofia, very comfortable hotel, well managed with helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet, Nice medium sized Fitness Suite with sauna. Fascinating to wander through the local streets and great little trattoria across the street. Be careful of the local taxi drivers - book a taxi through the desk at the airport or hotel to avoid problems.

Excellent location, within an easy 15 minute walk from all the sights. The staff was great. Since I arrived on an overnight bus from Istanbul, I was there at 9am and they couldn't check me into my room that early. But they took some time to show me some good places for breakfast and to sightsee. My room on the 4th floor had a balcony, which was very nice, and it was a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

A good hotel staffed by people with the right amount of efficient, friendly formality from being met at the door to being bid farewell.

We stayed for 3 nights in September 2011. A good choice of hotel. Very near everything and a nice peaceful nights sleep.

The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet part of town but only a short 10 minute walk to the sights, bars and retaurants in the centre. We stay in quiet a few hotels for short breaks and this was definately one of the better hotels we have stayed in for the price paid. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and were made up every day before we got back from breakfast. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, hot and cold, and we do have a habit of going down late but although it should finish at 10.30 we never finished before 11.00 and never felt under pressure to leave being offered coffee right up until we left. if you're staying in Sofia try this hotel and I am sure you will be dissapointed.

A terrific hotel in downtown Sofia, I really liked walking around the neighboring streets. I stayed a week. The staff is super friendly, and I had multiple conversations with them. I didn't have a correct outlet, so they loaned me one without charge. They arranged for taxi's to come, with a fixed price on the meter (really important). I didn't try the food there. The rooms were kept spotless and very clean. Nice low and semi-hard beds with fluffy pillows. Laundry service was excellent. The only complaint I had is the thin walls, that annoyed me a couple of times, but nothing serious. It serves as a nice meeting place too, as everyone knows where it is and is not as stuffy as the other more established hotels. I'll be staying there again for sure.
