All good - if you need a clean, friendly, reliable hotel in a good location this is the place. Obvious not the Hilton with the price but far better than any of its competitors in similiar price bracket

"Pleasant hotel staff very helpful"

A group staying for a funeral did not check out on time so there was no room available for our reservation. The staff graciously upgraded us to a suite. Rooms comfortable, fairly clean. Nice breakfast bar. Not a bad location. I would stay there again.

Can't complain, friendly, helpful staff, lovely hotel. Only thing if I'm picky is the grout by the bath was quite stained and there were stains in the carpet in our room and in the restaurant. Still loved it and would come back though, the restaurant especially served lovely local food and other options for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was amazing with lots on offer including the famous plum rakia! Highly recommended.

I wish to thank all the staff at the Downtown Hotel for their kindness and the attention I received there during my stay earlier this month -July, 2014. The hotel is in a good location close to the city centre and the room was very nice. The buffet breakfast was also very good.
