Hotel Downtown

Room was good size and the décor was nice. However the carpet needed a good cleaning. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the great location as we could walk to the main downtown area. Several banks were close by for money exchange. There was a Starbucks in the same block and a grocery in the same block. Noisy street if windows are left open but very quiet when close.

Breakfast management was poor. Dinning room Hygiene and service were low level. Wifi in room was poor

OMG placed us in a room that does not correspond to what we reserved the carpet is disgustingly dirty had to go down and change three times the room. Rooms resemble a place where bad movies are made. people please note the hygiene of the hotel you need from a very large renovation!!!!!! Please.......

We came to Sofia for a two day stay. This hotel was perfectly located and superbly staffed. The room was getting a little dated but was very clean and comfortable. I need to make a special point of how truly hospitable and helpful the lobby staff were. I would recommend this hotel for a business stay or for those looking for great value at a walkable distance from all the great central Sofia sites.

The hotel was convenient to downtown Sofia and was clean. Room was bigger than most hotels I've stayed in for this price. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Surprising as it was very nice inside the rooms

The hotel offers the basic: bed and shower. Everything is very simple in a region that look like depressed.The breakfast is very expensive (10 euros) and not worth.There are no international TV channels .The Wi Fi works well in the room. The pros are the proximity to nice Churches,cultural center,Vitosha boulevard and some restaurants of average quality.The rooms are small for 2 people,but adequate for 1.

Small old type of hotel. Full and gloomy interior. Staff not good with English but very helpful.
