We booked a 2 Queen bed room and was given a 1 King bed room. Person at check in was rude and argued that we were wrong. I have the booking confirmation that says otherwise. They refused to fix their error so I believe they gave away our Queen room.

"Hotel as expected for price and location - pool sub standard."

As expected for a chain hotel to use as a single night stop over. Room was a good size. Breakfast was ok. Close to shops and fast food outlets.

The pool which was one reason for booking this hotel was cold and worryingly very cloudy - not sure when it was last cleaned.
