"Falsely advertising free breakfast"

They advertise free breakfast included with stay. It shows up both here on Hotels.com AND on their digital sign out at the curb. But no breakfast was provided, and no mention of that fact at check in either. This is unacceptable! Don't promise something and then not deliver! And don't try to cop it off as a Covid thing either! Restaurants and grocery stores know that people still need to eat, so should hotels and motels!

"Slept ok but wouldn't go back"

Upstairs hallway was very hot and smelled of Indian cooking. Although not necessarily a bad smell, it was strong enough to be noticed in the end of the room close to the door. Staff was not friendly at all, just mechanically made the transaction.

"Absolutely disgusting"

This hotel was terrible. The front desk attendant would not allow me to use my Choice Hotel points as I checked into my room for two nights. She was very short with me and had an ugly tone. I tried to show her my choice hotel app on my phone to assure her I was a member who has spent thousands of dollars with choice hotels and there was a huge language barrier, so she seemed to not understand what I was telling her. I just gave up and paid the price. The room is filthy, absolutely filthy. I guess you get what you pay for. Fix your staff, fix your rooms. Walls are super thin, heard the upstairs room walking around every where they went. Super creaky, like the ceiling would collapse. Save your money. This hotel is a sham. Bring Lysol. You will need it. There was tissue left in the peep hole from a previous renter. Not to mention the disgustingly blackened chair with ottoman. It was literally stained black in many areas. Was here for a funeral, should’ve saved my money and stayed with family. Lord. Don’t. Do. Guys. You will thank me later.
