Henry Morgan Resort - All Inclusive

The hotel in in front of the beach. The quality of the food and beverages are regular.

The hotel staff at first could not answer many of our questions. The room they gave us at first seemed so dirty, it smelLed like mold and it was sooooo small! We asked to be changed because we had paíd for a villa. In the villa, bathroom did not flush, the shower was not working well and neither was the AC. Half of our group had problems with their rooms. This is definitely not what I expected for such an expensive hotel. Its NOT what it used to be! I dont think we will ever recommend it again.

My experience here was mostly great! The staff is amazing! And the beach was beautiful. The resort isn't as modern as some of the others, but thats how I liked it and it was still a great experience. The only issue I ran into the entire time was the shuttle to and from the airport. Was able to reach the resort to request one when we arrived, and when leaving the shuttle was extremely late and we were just seconds from missing the flight (fyi the shuttle is not included, they neglected to tell us this). Otherwise, we had a great time! I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the excursions. We did the diving, night snorkeling and dolphin excursion and loved every bit of it!

Only Honduran traditional food and Italian dishes, no seafood, no traditional dishes from the coast. Good entertainment staff. Clean but very old rooms and pool need remodelation. Friendly staff. Bad beach towel services (only by timing) sometimes I couldn't find towels... you have to go early in the morning for it and only 1 per day! THIS IS NOT A HOLIDAY!

Excellent hotel, for the price. Food was really good but drinks could be better. Beach was nice and relaxing.

First I want to tell that my reservation, was not made in the form that I order, and they say that you just sended for one room and I had in my voucher two rooms it taked almost 3 hours to check in. Also the hotel cost is to much for what you recive. As example I request tomato juice and they do not have.

Poor customer service, unhelpful. no hot water, bathrooms were old and with mildew and bugs. Wifi only in the lobby. Housekeepers, left my room unlocked twice! I will not stay here ever gain.

Love the entertainment

I stayed at the Henry Morgan for one night in December. For US$120 i got a night with a king size bed, a balcony with 2 hammocks. It was great, not to mention that It was an all inclusive package: Three meals included (full buffet), and all local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages you can drink. The hotel is right on a beautiful beach of WestBay. Very small beach but gorgeous clear water and light sand. The hotel staff is very friendly and always putting up small events to keep guests entertained. I would definitely go back to the Henry Morgan.
