La Quinta by Wyndham Canton MS

Ice machine broken and leaking everywhere leaving walkway wet and unattended. Zero pull furniture, parents have to sit on the ground.

It was really bad. Bath tub was very dirty and knob to turn on water was broken. Sink and toilet was equally dirty. Television and WiFi didn’t work. Tried calling and physically going to front desk to ask for relief and no one was manning the desk or answering the phone while I was in the hotel. I ended up calling the corporate customer service number but they were unable to resolve this in real time.

I like that the property is clean overall. We got a very big room that we didn’t expect. My family enjoyed our stay despite the constant fixing of the TV. For some reason the remote doesn’t work as expected. We liked the breakfast, we had our pool time and the lady in the offce during breakfast and check out was very accommodating. Overall, we love our stay. Thank you Laquinta.

They very rude

Our first night was good, but the second night there was kids running up and down the halls after 10:00 pm and a lady yelling at them up til after midnight,our third night I came back to my room around 5:20 and found 2 Hispanic man at the end of the hall sitting on the floor drinking beer both had a 12 pack they were being very loud and listening to music. I went to get dinner about 7:30 pm and told the front desk about them and he said he would watch them when I got back the 2 men were still there and even louder. I finally had to call the front desk about 10:15 because now they were louder, and I was uncomfortable as they were just a few feet from my door. The men finally went to their room. All over it was an okay stay.

No hot water

The manger was very rude.. I had book the stay on Orbitz. Orbitz told me that I could pay at the property but the owner was trying to take my payment before I got there.. the owner threaten to cancel my room after I told him when he first call me that I will be arriving at no later than 530. I was coming from out of town. The owner call me at 3 and said I will be canceling your payment right ar 5pm if you are not here. I said but we spoke earlier and you told me it will be okay at 530 to 6. He was very rude. The guy that was at the counter was nice. Also, my remote to my tv in the front room didn’t work to the tv. My husband had ask them to come and fix it no one never came. I had an ugly experience here. I will never bring my family back to this hotel again.

Great stay and accommodations at last minute 👌

There were two separate pairs of dirty shoes and half a bottle of mouthwash left in our room, as well as a fridge full of rotten food. The sheets and shower were dirty also. They did not give us the type of room we reserved. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Customer service was not that great. Asked for blanket and pillow for the pull out bed and was told didn't have extras. Complimentary breakfast was not refurbished for others that went to eat. It was like they only cooked the one time serving and when it was gone then no more.
