The only thing I didn’t like is it took them a long time to find my reservation and also the refrigerator didn’t work at all.

Customer service was horrible. Morning front staff was horrible was asked for clean linen and had to call hotel manager and the problem still was not resolved. He didn't want to provide me with additional towels and blankets. His attitude was horrible.

Over powering odor of some type, Smelled like some sort of cleaning solution used on the carpet causing the wife to become ill. We finally gave up and checked out at around 4 a.m. just to get away from it. Motel was basically full of traveling construction workers who spent most of their time standing around the entrance talking drinking using language that was inappropriate and nothing was done by the staff. Not a "family friendly" location at the time of our stay. Once again a Wyndham location that was booked that disappointed us on a family vacation trip. Twice in one week.

upgrade to a suite, bed comfortable, looked like thet had been upgrading carpeting and furniture

took about 15 minutes to get hot water, no ice machine in building ,floors dirty on lobby and stairs,entry doors dirty,side entry door rusted out, breakfast bar dirty,food in warmers looked old, floors dirty, building exterior looked run down

This place was horrible dog hair every where the sheet was dirty

The rooms was not clean the floor about to fall in didn’t sleep at all stayed to next day went found another hotel never again so disappointed

When we were checking in there was a guy at the front desk and we asked about the pet fee and he said there’s none then when we brought in our pet he started yelling at us about needing to pay a pet fee right when we just walked in the door with our pet. Checking out the lady was super friendly
