Breakfast is available at the property for all guests, served in either the breakfast lounge, guest bedrooms or the terrace; between 08:00-10:30. Should you wish to cancel your reservation please ensure that you inform the hotel, at least 5 days prior to your check-in date; in order to receive a full refund. If your booking is canceled within the 5 day window, a one night charge is applied. Additionally, should you wish to shorten your stay, once checked-in, a charge of the following night's stay will be applied. Excellent room, very spacious. Wonderful seaveiw. No noise from other rooms or guests. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Bathroom was lovely but missing hooks and or towel rails, Also no handles to get in and out of the bath. The cleanliness was very good. The staff were very nice and very welcoming especially Caitlin who was extremely helpful in answering some of our questions.

The room was in poor condition and not clean. The carpet was dirty and there were cobwebs. Unfortunately, the photos did not match reality. Very disappointing.

Stephanie is a lovely host. Communication was easy, fast and clear. Excellent location close to the beach and the train station. Great breakfast with many choices. Lovely decorated rooms and breakfast area. Very comfortable, cosy, quiet and spotless clean rooms.

Out of our trip away for a wedding, this was our favourite hotel. What a stunning building with the traditional lift still in situ ❤️ the staff were fabulous, nothing too much trouble, even offering to give up the staff charge point to charge our car (fortunately we didn’t need to). We parked next to the hotel for £2 per day, just need the pass from reception. On a Friday and Saturday there is a pianist on who is fabulous, you must try. We had a room with limited sea view but it was big and bed very comfortable

I wasn’t keen on the pillows but thats personal choice
