"Neither here nor there"

I would admit the location of the hotel to serve our purpose of stay in Kota Kinabalu which we are thankful for. However discomfort was felt when entering the room everytime due to the scent of stale cigarettes which made resting at times uneasy. Wifi wasnt available on our first night of stay. However on overall our stay there is decent. Thank you for the hospitality given by the hotel.

Thanks for upgrade me to a better room 1010, but wifi connection problem and the portable/moveable shower malfunction. Then, next day, moved to another room 628, down graded with bad view and fscilities. Next moved to room 610, seemed similar to room 1010, but toilet curtain was malfunction and rough floor nearby the bathtub was missing in order to avoid slippy, also two lights beside left and right of the bed, and a sofa were missing. Thanks.

"nice room but far from city"

Hotel was nice next to shopping mall however it is quite far from the city centre so it will be much better to rent a car to move around. Taxi fare is quite expensive too.

"Good but parking space is the main problem"

Good stay. Near to 1 Borneo shopping mall. But the main problem is the parking space. Hotel dont provide the parking space. Need to park at the mall parking area.
