"Nice short stay"

It was a business trip. Quite close to my work place, about 20 mins away. Convenient as it is beside the shopping mall. Quiet area, although the gym was on the same floor. The breakfast was not a great spread, but was good enough to be stuffed till lunch. It was a bit shocking when I stepped into the room where part of the flooring was wooden panel. It felt hollow at some parts and in fact can feel your foot sinking in.

"Good location but bad aircondition in hot climate"

The location is at 1Borneo Hypermall so easy access so the mall so i can do some shopping at H&M, CottonOn, Parkson, Gap, Mango etc and easy to find good food restaurant which is awesome! As for the hotel,I have no problem with the staff and they are very nice and welcoming. There is egg station for breakfast which is good but with a price if RM40++ for adults, it is lacked of food variety compare to other hotel! The pool has already great view but there was a bad smell at the end of pool near the empty bar which by the way has lots of ants! Lack of towels whereby i ordered 5 it only came 3-4 towels only! KK is already hot and when i entered the hotel it was warm but when i entered my room the aircond was not cold as other 3-4-5 star hotel! it was still warm! Hope the management can fix it that. Also the white towels bathroom in the toilet has stained already. Pls throw it away already
