"Poor Request Delivery"

First room the aircond wasn't strong. Got upgraded to Deluxe. Call reception for safe box issue but no one attending. Call for extra hanger also no one attending. Courtesy and staff attitude were great but implementation very weak. Hotel management should look into the delivery of guest request rather than only concentrating on standard and courtesy.

A very nice hotel but a little bit far from town center. Room is very good and clean. High standard of interior deco. Very affordable rate.
