"Decent hotel though location not ideal"

Hotel was adjoining 1Borneo Mall and so very convenient. But it would have been better to book a hotel near Jesselton Point overseeing vast expanses of the sea and also a convenient location for island hopping and other facilities as well. Klagan Regency was a decent hotel though with excellent beeakfast. The only negative aspect of the hotel was its poor lift management.

"Nice spacious rooms"

The room was really spacious and modern with a comfy bed. The bathroom was nice but not very well designed - u had to be standing under the shower to reach the taps to turn it on which meant u got soaked if you tried turning it on before getting undressed, and a glass wall separates the shower from the bedroom so for some privacy there is a blind which has mould stains from being in the shower. Other than that it was really nice. Breakfast was great, so much variety and it all tasted good. The staff were nice. The computer printing and scanning facilities in the foyer turned out to be really handy (don't think we would've noticed them normally but we ended up needing them). The pool area looked nice, we didn't have time to use it though. The gym was super basic! The mall the hotel is attached too was really average though, there was only a handful of western fashion shops.

"Sisters Nite Outing."

It was good, the room is spacious, clean and comfort, I can easily go to the mall to buy something. The view was great from 17th floor. Moreover the staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children are the best offer for my family. Staying here are the best compare to the other hotels in 1 Borneo Hypermall.

"nice hotel"

actually i am looking the hotel at the town area. when i arrived at the klagan hotel, the staff said- miss this is not this hotel. you are booking for klagan regency. n it is about 20 minutes from here. so be careful guys between klagan hotel and klagan regency.

"Overall ok"

Ok just on the first night the water on the room flood and the light broken...but stay good in the room spacious and comfort
