"Excellent"

Pros : Many defects in room (shower & aircon ). Call the technicians & they attended the fault very fast. Hotel next to 1Borneo Mall - very convenience with many eateries & shopping. Cons : Lighting in the toilet is very dim. Should repair the lights over the toilet bowl.

room not so cool even though the temperature was set to 16. already called technician to look at it but problem was still not resolved. but front desk was very pleasant. they even offered me extra bed with no extra charge at all.

Room was satisfactory. Car parking area limited. No basement parking, only open area in front of the hotel (first come first serve). Others are find and comfy.

The staff was very helpful and great service! However the premises is little run down and cleanliness is not quite good. The swimming pool is not very clean as well! Breakfast was okay!

This hotel is a long way out of town, the buses are cheap and worth using both ways, but don't expect a regular time table.eat in the shopping moll.
