" Great hotel near to the UMS campus."

Was here on a vacation, and stayed in KK for a few nights while exploring Sabah. This hotel is convenient and is located in a large mall. It seems to be an old Novotel, but has not really been maintained well and is in need of some repair. However, it is clean and comfortable and the series excellent! The breakfast is comprehensive and good and the rooms are large. The only is so we had was the water in the show as not quite hot enough, and parking is a big problem. The hotel itself does not have any reserved par and there is no valet service. There is only street part, but because it is located at a big mall, most of the time there is no parking available. Overall, a good hotel outside of downtown. Note that it takes about 20 minutes to drive to downtown from this hotel.

Everything is good except for parking space. You'll need to pay RM6 for 5 hours and RM2 for next every hour. 10am-10pm

Only four car parkings available, and always got people reserve to the extremely limited parking. Should have been 1st come 1st serve basis instead. Extremely difficult to get a parking.
