The food was not so gòod, it would be a good idea to have a chef from Semenanjung. The nasi lemak sambal was sweet n it should be spiced up

Good place to bring family for vacation. Spacious. Fast check-in process. Receptionist inform that swimming pool still under renovation and propose room with bath tub. She's really helpful. However, hopefully management of the make a proper maintenance schedule and avoid school holiday. Some customer like me, priority to choose hotel is swimming pool availability. Other than that, I really enjoy the stay here :)

Hotel might be a little off the city area but grab and easily accessible. I rather stay in the outskirts where it’s not that noisy. Nearby mall for all your needs at any hours, one borneo have lots to offer. But don’t expect a shopping heaven from it, it’s far from it. It maybe a hyper mall but shops are quite basic. Our stay was awesome, room is clean and staff and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, KK have much more to offer for breakfast in other places. Didn’t get to try their pool, but visited it. Basic pool nothing fancy, good for kids to relax. Overall experience is good and will like to stay there again. KK is full of places to go, will revisit some time soon. Please give up the good work
