We don´t expect a sterling silver cutlery but a wooden one-way spoon for the ice cream bar is not suitable for a 5* category. As well as there are felt only 2 salt&pepper sets available for the whole dining restaurant - organizing one took a very long time, but was taken away shortly as needed for an other table. Also I would expect a fresh orange juice on the morning buffet not something out of the pack

Grand Palladium is hands down the best resort we have ever stayed at, and the staff are extraordinarily attentive. As a Coeliac, the gluten-free experience was amazing because the chefs literally made me custom food and would wait to meet me in the dining hall just to make sure I was looked after. Between the incredible pools, the great beach access, outer worldly sunsets, and fantastic dinner options every night, we felt completely spoiled.

The only extremely minor thing was that the towels were a bit stiff and scratchy. It would have been nice if they were a little fluffier after a long day of swimming or relaxing by the beach. Honestly, though, that is literally the only bad thing about the entire trip.

Hotelli täytti kaikki odotuksemme ja unelmamme Sisiliassa. Ruoka, ihmiset, huone ja alueet oli kauniit. Aktiviteetit oli hyvin hoidettu ja esitykset olivat viihdyttävät. Suosittelemme lämpimästi.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa in questo resort e non possiamo che consigliarlo a chiunque desideri relax, professionalità e un'accoglienza impeccabile. Fin dal primo giorno siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia da tutto lo staff, sempre disponibile, sorridente e attento a ogni esigenza. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione e l'impegno che ogni membro del team mette nel proprio lavoro, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera familiare e allo stesso tempo estremamente professionale. Un ringraziamento speciale va al Bar Shake, dove Salvo P. e Saverio si sono distinti per la loro simpatia, competenza e capacità di far sentire ogni ospite speciale. Sempre gentili, disponibili e con il sorriso, hanno reso ancora più piacevoli i nostri momenti di relax. Desideriamo inoltre fare i complimenti al ristorante Portofino, dove abbiamo gustato ottimi piatti e ricevuto un servizio eccellente. Un plauso particolare a Carmelo Macaluso, Pietro N. e Denise V., che con professionalità, attenzione ai dettagli e grande cordialità hanno contribuito a rendere ogni cena un'esperienza davvero piacevole. La qualità dei servizi, la pulizia, l'organizzazione e soprattutto il valore umano di tutto il personale hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore a tutti. Torneremo sicuramente e raccomanderemo questo resort ad amici e parenti.
