Lovely hotel , good staff and great location . Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice and the Chinese restaurant was excellent with David Liu giving us a top class service . Really recommend this hotel .

I’ve been staying at Grand Millennium Beijing for many years, and it continues to feel like a home away from home. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and elegance. The hotel is always relaxing, with high-quality amenities that make every stay enjoyable and recovering. The food is beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented — a true highlight of the experience here. What really makes a difference, though, is the people. I’d like to give a heartfelt thank you to Joy at the Executive Lounge. She is incredibly warm, kind, and attentive — always ready to help with anything we need, and she does it with a genuine smile and grace. Her care and dedication have made our stay truly exceptional. This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Despite being such a large and impressive place, the staff made me feel completely at home — even though I was traveling alone.
