It's a quiet area. Close to some shopping. Very convenient to walk to some shopping for dinning and fresh fruits

I have stayed in this hotel more than 8 times during the last 6 months for business. The hotel is ok, good location, decent breakfast, the gym and pool are good (but are being renovated and cannot be used now), but their customer service is shockingly bad. I am a member of their reward program (mymillenium) as I go to Beijing very often, but I did not get awarded any points for any of my stays. When I contacted their customer service, they simply ignored my e-mails. After more than 1 month, I am still waiting for an answer and the issue is not resolved.

Adelina the receptionist at the front desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us find areas to visit and answered every single question we had. Adelina should be compensated for her excellent service. Room was super spacious and it is a real 5 star hotel and treatment.

The location of the hotel works beautifully for me (next to the subway). There were plenty of food & a supermarket as well. The hotel staff were really helpful and polite. The toilet area could be improved ie the drainage & the blinds and the air conditioner could be cooler.

Easy check in,lifts efficiently in order with porter to help you navigate setting key card in to activate lift.Friendly reception,room wasn’t ready(we were early) but we sat in the lounge to wait with our jet lag. Beautiful clean hotel,corridors and room. Had a full city view from our bathroom!easily shaded by blinds if desired. Plenty of re stocked bottled water every day.Housekeeper sourced plenty of Twining Ceylon tea for us,which was a game changer for us Brits. Used translate App to communicate with staff as our Mandarin is non existent and few staff spoke English.

I booked this hotel for 5 nights because on the website it shows there is a gym and swimming pool facility, however, when i arrived on 4/15, we were told that the gym center and swimming pool is closed until mid-May. I was so shock and kinda frustrated. Seem like wasting my money and stay in the hotel which is not suitable to me at all. If i was told the facility is closed, I definitely won’t select this hotel, and i think expedia also is responsible to let the customer know the hotel updated situation and inform the customer

The hotel is under renovation, no heat no air conditioning. Either feel 30 degrees in the room or they will open the window for you then it’s probably only 10 degrees at night. Breakfast needs to have WeChat to buy, inconvenience. First night was out of hair conditioner, second night was out of tissues. Terrible experience
