Hotel bedding was ripped asked for new bedding, Long black hair in bath, dusty floors round toilet and window ledges overall hotel needs updating and high deposit too shower head grubby said daily cleaning wasn't done, bedding 3 days wasn't changed, only water topped up

The hotel was great, few employees speak good english other not so, still they all were willing to help. Even at night when asked about events around the city they printed out event brochures and sent it up to the room with transportation options

Came here several times in the last month due to its great location in CBD with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are already a little old, but quiet and the price is very good for a hotel in this location. Pool is big, but cold. Breakfast is average.
