The amount of walking, no availability for a cart to unload things from the car, the smell in the waiting area near from the sky bridge.

Location was great. Great view from the balcony. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent

The rug in the living room was very dirty and stained. It really needs to be replaced. Furniture in living room needs updating

The view was very nice and the walk way to the beach was very nice. The place was very nice and clean.

That the wristbands couldn’t be untightened. The elevators took a very long time to get to each floor.

The ease of accessibility of parking garage to hotel/elevators. Room was clean. The walkway between the parking garage and the hotel smelled so clean.

I felt like we were interrupting the front desk lady’s time chatting with a friend.
