The pool, hot tub and bar areas were wonderful. Common areas of the condo were clean. Parking garage was clean. Beach access was easy and close.

Our unit was nice but could benefit from a deep clean to couch/chair upholstery. There were some furniture items that were broken. It was obviously a rental unit. Wish the bar stayed open later than 8pm. Not all posted rules were enforced consistently. Only one elevator was working, which I knew prior to booking.

View, access, parking, comfy bed, nice lanai, location, modern amenities

Had to rewash coffee mugs, weather stripping on exterior door need replacing (we had to put a towel on door jamb to stop howling wind), hot water tank loud and cycling too often

The view from 1103 was amazing! My personal fave!

The step up leading out to the balcony. It's sort of a trip hazard but I did get use to stepping high going out.
