Staff at property were nice.

Vacasa property was not furnished well. Television in living room was basically the size of a computer monitor. Broken television was left mounted on wall that was at least a fifty inch piece of trash. Kitchen pots and pans with broken handles. Frying pans were peeling Teflon.

Clean, great location and beautiful view!

Wifi didn’t work at all. A bit expensive, and you need to pay for the parking. That’s extra costs.

Too much security around pool with too many rules.

It was in email which was easy.

Paying for parking pass for one night at $50.

Our room was exactly as pictured absolutely beautiful view our beds were comfortable after 2 hotels in the past that were not very good we were pleased with our room here we would definitely stay here again!

The one and only thing was on the last day we found a disposable vape under the table so it was obviously not cleaned under so if you have children who can move around watch out for small things like that!

Great location. Convenient parking and easy beach access. Staff was kind and helpful.

Construction noise got a little annoying. Items needed to cook in the kitchen were lacking; what I used had to be washed first.

Location

1. Washer didn’t work. Maintenance came to look. Confirmed it didn’t work. Said he couldn’t fix it. No one ever came back. We were there 5 days. A beech vacation with kids and no washer was not what I signed up for. This alone would have been a deal breaker had I known. 2. No curtain in bedroom. Bedroom wall was an outside wall with the hallway on opposite side. It was daylight in the room all night due to the light just outside the window. You can tell a curtain WAS there (it’s in the pictures advertised) but it had been broken off by a previous guest and not replaced. This also would have been a deal breaker had I known. 3. Couldn’t use extra shower due to curtain being way too short. Maintenance also came to bring new curtain. Guy who arrived immediately took a look and said the replacement he had was also not long enough. Said he’d return with a longer one. We never heard from him again. We were there 5 days. Daughter took shower in it on first night (not realizing curtain was two inches above tub)… water went everywhere… we used towels to clean up mess… that’s how we discovered washer didn’t work when I went to wash all the towels. Couldn’t use this shower the rest of the trip. Also couldn’t wash towels 4. Toilet paper dispenser broken. Not a deal breaker, obviously, we just put TP on the sink… it just made the place look not maintained 5. Closet door handle broken. Same as #4. Not deal breaker, just another indication of not being maintained 6. Dishwasher utensil rack broken (I rigged this back together) and dishes from previous guest still in dishwasher when we arrived 7. Hairdryer pulled off wall by previous guest and not replaced. Had to lay whole unit in sink, with nails sticking out the back to use hairdryer 8. Balcony sticky with big spills from precious guest. Had to wash off with water so we could enjoy balcony without our flip flops sticking to floor. This condo had the potential to be very nice if maintained properly.

Shower floor did not seem clean, so we cleaned it. We are not used to staying is tall building. We would have preferred 1 or 2nd floor
