They changed our run 3x each room was as dirty if not dirtier then the previous room

It was nice and close to my trip needs.

Absolutely filthy. Elevator broken, rooms and common areas dirty, pool had clumps, yes.. clumps, of hair on the bottom and visual dirt. Bathroom itself and the towels were SATURATED in stale cigarette smoke. "Free water" dispenser in lobby looked like a petri dish. There's an equally nasty Baymont Inn, that I've stayed at, that shares the lot.This place was exactly the same, just cost more. Have lots of pics of the grossness but what a shocker,it won't let me actually upload them here. I will never stay here again and have shown friends the pics as they're making sure to pass the word along as well. I have not 1 good thing to say about this dirt hole.

Zero Stars! Would not recommend. No one tends the front desk, had to call to get someone to come from the back office. The elevator was broken, had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Entire property smelled of cigarettes and marijuana although there are no smoking signs hanging everywhere. The hotel seems as if it is being used as an apartment building. It is apparent that the guests are actually tenants. No Wifi! Pool area is run down with a door that barely closes, not safe when so many kids are on the property. Free breakfast is more like getting in the lunch line at school because of all of the people that clearly live at the hotel. Hotel is run down and in poor shape. Not clean. Broken tiles, dirty toilets, stained linens. Loud guests that the front desk attendant does nothing about. They literally jumped and made noise until midnight. The light fixtures in the ceiling were rattling. Worst stay ever. Do not choose this hotel!

Layout of building is unique. There is nothing I did not like about my stay.

Quite frankly, I figured being in Canton, Michigan that this would be an adequate accommodations. However, after traveling 12 hours, it was impressive that when I walked in, they already had my keys ready which allowed my check in to be very smooth. The next three days we had problems like no remote for TV in the room, dirty towels, nasty stained carpet, heat would not work properly and last, but not least I had to get my card re-keyed about eight times during our stay. Continental breakfast was cold and barely anything offered overall I will never come back.

Rooms were dirty.. asked to get us the refund called expedia didnt get no resolution.. do not ever pay in front without seeing the rooms and called the manager 2-3 times she is terrible to be in customer service. Rooms were filthy coudnt even breathe in the hotel.
