"Old, outdated, dirty DoubleTree"

I was warned not to stay at this property as it was old and outdated...I should have listened but I try to be loyal to Hilton...mistake. The insect wings were in the closet when I checked in, meaning, cleaning staff is not cleaning, obviously they did not even open the closet door to clean or they would have seen them. Net net, nasty property, DO NOT STAY THERE.

Liz at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Wife's cell phone charger broke and Liz offered her personal charger to charge our phone. The free cookies at checkin sealed the deal.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The bartender in the bar/restaurant was great! The flexibility to allow early check-in was nice. The lobby was beautiful and everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable!

The garage was pretty dirty and smelled of natural gas. The furniture in our room was stained/soiled. A few of the drawers on the dresser wouldn't close so we had to butt our luggage against it to keep it from sliding out. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was way too far away.

Always comfortable and clean

Bedroom TV smaller than living room. I'd switch those to make the room feel more like the master room
