The worst experience we have had! We were in our room for less than 5 minutes, had to go pee and flushed and the toilet spit water all out of the place. Overflowed into our room and then the hallway. Took maintenance 15 minutes, plunged the toilet and left. Sent housekeeping to clean but when we returned to our room, toilet water was still all over the place. Bathroom fan didn’t work, blankets were stained. Also the toilet overflowed 2 more times and never flushed without overflowing!

Easy check-in process, hotel was super clean. Plenty of towels and amenities. Easy to figure out entry exit and room was plenty spacious as described.

Very spacious room, clean and friendly staff.

I arrived at the hotel for a school trip. First impression was good. Our rooms were clean and smelled nice. The view from the 8th floor was great. The next day, I went down to the pool to swim and it was as slick as snot! You can tell where they tried to fix it but that didn't do much. They had little non slip strips that resembled sandpaper every foot or so. In order not to fall you had to step from one strip to the next. I sat in the hot tub for awhile but when I stepped out and stepped on to the floor, I fell. The strips to "keep you from falling" didn't. I slipped and my foot and knee slid across one of the strips. I got up and my knee had been skinned badly. The top of my foot was so skinned I could hardly step on it. Their towels were out of course, so I had to use a used towel to apply pressure. The towel made the already horrible pain worse. I had some friends go up to the front desk to get something to wrap it up with. They gave them one gauze pad and a little roll of wrap to split between my skinned knee and the whole top of my foot! We had to find some of our own to finish covering up my injuries. After wrapping it up and finishing the trip my foot was still hurting. It has been a month now, and let me tell you, it has been a very painful one. I've had to go to the doctor several times. Besides ripping the top few layers of skin off, my foot was sprained so badly I was in a boot for three and a half weeks with no weight on it. A month later, and several hundred dollars later, I'm out of the boot and the abrasion is healed. The hotel was nice but don't go swimming!!!!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
