Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Sugar Land

The hotel was nice, clean and conveniently located in close proximity to eateries and shopping. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is not included like in other nearby hotels; however, the menu offers a variety of selections.

I have traveled to Sugarland the past two weekends and stayed at this hotel. During both stays there has been only one elevator operational, which caused delays in getting to the upper floors.

Little upset that they didn’t serve coffee till 7:00 am.

I liked the hotel decor, staff friendliness, air control system for the room, proximity to my planned activities, proximity to feeder roads.

I didn't like the breakfast selections, the bathroom lighting in our room is awful, I repeat the lighting in our bathroom was awful!!!!! There were too few towels for double occupancy room. Difficult to communicate with cleaning staff. Cleanliness at the coffee station in the lobby. The coffee station was not cleaned thoroughly because there were ants all over the area where sugar packs were kept on top of counter.
