We had a fantastic time at TRS Turquesa! The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. A big thank you to our butler Norielis, she was so sweet, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. She truly made everything easier and more enjoyable. We had such a relaxing vacation and would love to come back again. Highly recommend this resort!

Our stay at TRS Turquesa Hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the service is exceptional. A special thank you to our butler, Edward, who truly made our experience unforgettable. The food was amazing! Rodny was our butler and he did an amazing job he made our honeymoon a wonderful experience. The pools were amazing with swim up bars and staff that never let you cup stay empty long.

Beware of slimy sales tactics. The green shirts invite you to a “special breakfast” that’s actually a sales pitch. And if you have any points accumulated, restaurant staff offer you “free. Absolutely no charge to you” chocolate and wines and then deduct your points for it. Apart from that, beautiful resort and mediocre-good service
