Hotel Mision Catavina

Loved the mission-like architecture. Pool water was green - don't go in. No doorman and rooms are distant from parking. In-room refrigerator would be nice. Restaurant was very good. Amazing location. Charging extra for a service dog is very bad policy. Charging for really bad wi-fi is also not reasonable.

I love this hotel and am always so happy to arrive and be in that beautiful desert yet have good food and helpful people right there - I mostly slept though but it was peaceful (long long drive to get there)

It’s interesting place, quite grand for the middle of nowhere. I’d love to know the history of this place. Cool sculptures and nice furniture . The pool looked a little murky, I wouldn’t go in it. Nice little restaurant service was good. Clean safe and comfortable. The setting is unbelievable in the desert with all of the Sonoran cactuses. There’s a great place for the dog also. They charge by the hour for Internet which is kind of odd but OK, $1.50 an hour I can spend :-)

The wi-fi is horrible please don’t paid the 30 pesos they ask for hour inside the room don’t work If you ask for extra pillows they said that don’t have an extra ones The rooms are clean

Great place. Quiet and peaceful in the middle of the desert.

Hotel Mision Catavina is located in the valley of Cirios in the middle of the desert. It's in great condition, quiet and the staff is friendly. I stopped on the way to the South and I also stopped on the way back.

I didn't like having to pay for wi-fi.

Large clean room with great room darkening shutters. Nice restaurant and convience store on site.
