"I travel to Maine from Pennsylvania a few weeks a month and I'm very disappointed in the hotel."

I liked the location

The hotel was not clean, there were stains on floors and wall and holes in the walls. The furniture was dirty and had stains on the couch and the elevator and tramway safety program expired May 31,2025 and sounded and felt like it needed maintenance. I travel to Maine from Pennsylvania a few weeks a month and I'm very disappointed in the hotel and it definitely was not worth the money. I would greatly appreciate if I could get money back from this hotel.

It was a great price and good location for what I needed.

There were issues with breakfasts. Broken juice machines and cold food because the steam tables weren’t working properly.

"Walked in, place smelled horrible and it was messy"

Nothing. The place was filthy

The smell, the beds, the comforter, the dirt and filth in the room, the dead bugs in my night stand, the spilled sticky drink all in my night stand

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, room seemed clean.

Small maintenance issues such as: the room had peeling wallpaper and something was wrong with the door lock because you had to literally slam the room door to get it to latch closed. Also the pool kinda smelled bad and the breakfast omelets were cold despite being in a food warmer.
