Hotel was lovely, noise from doors banging all night annoying , fire doors rattled with every open and close of the door. Bar food not complete meal, breakfast great though.

Our room was ok , bed comfortable. Shower was terrible, took 15 minutes to get warm water through & when we told them at checkout, we was told it’s an old building !

Clean comfortable, staff friendly however short staff in restaurant waiting was 1.5 hours for food which was nice but cold on arrival.

It was a real treat, after the awful stay I had in the first two days of my trip. I will be back. Great staff and an amazing place.

The room rates are ok but food and drink overpriced. Room was very small and hot. Bathroom quite tired.

Even with the inclusion of a nice fan, the rooms can get hot in the summer. The windows are open, but are difficult to close. I loved the bath in the junior suite! Everything else was fantastic. The staff at the bar and restaurants were top notch!
