Trianon Hotel

The staff was very helpful with restaurant, train, metro, and postal information as well as managing bike storage so I did not have to wait on-site for a bike rental company. The room was clean and warm which was nice with the cold front that moved into the area. Breakfast was free and satisfying. The price was reasonable and I give an "excellent" rating with the price in mind. I would use Trianon again when I repeat this trip. The location is near city center which made sight seeing and restaurants easy by foot as well allowing me to walk to the Gard de Nord train station which I used to begin a bicycle trip on the Transfagarasan.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The position of the hotel is very good, right next to the Cismigiu Park. You have easy access to the city center. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Stayed 4 nights at Trianon at my most recent stay in Bucharest. Will stay here again on my next trip, really nice hotel in a quiet area. Staff both friendly and professional. Lovely park just outside the hotel and the heart of the city just a short stroll away. Tram on the street, buses and subway very near. Hotel nice clean and quiet, free wifi, good breakfast. The room even looked like on the pictures from the website which is not the case in so many hotels across the globe. Would recommend Trianon hotel to anyone. Can't actually think of anything negative to write.

This hotel is quite ok if you're prepared to make some allowances, e.g. coffee ingredients not completely replaced each day. I had to mount a structure in front of the TV switch at night, as it shone an annoying bright blue and I could find no way to switch it off. Trams rumble along close by every 15 minutes or so, but they're not noisy at all. My room was clean, quiet and had a good shower. The hotel provides good breakfast in an unremarkable windowless hall (but still a good breakfast). Location is excellent, in a quiet area close to Cismigiu park and 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town. Excellent wifi connection. Good value for money.

My room was great! A lot of space, and the bed was comfortable. I was in the room right next to the receptionist and there was a ledge people would sit on outside to smoke at night, so at times it was a little loud but nothing I couldn't sleep through. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Bucharest. It's about a 20 minutes was to the old town area, but it was nice to kind of be away from the touristy areas.

Comfortable tidy rooms, a good breakfast, central location (14ron uber to old town). Overall a pleasant stay. The jackhammer starting at 11am wasn't ideal but at least we were checking out by that stage.

A large comfortable room, good price, room was clean and warm. No problems checking in or out, standard continental breakfast.

All in all this was a nice hotel. The location is perfect! The beds are not the best, but definitely ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The only issue I had was with the shower, the shower head is just too far up (the water didn't even touch me, it was all over my head)and we couldn't adjust it in our room so I had to attempt to get it down and then hold the shower head to take a shower. Otherwise the hotel was great! Breakfast was delicious and our room was quiet and smoke free.

We stayed at Hotel Trianon for 3 nights. Overall, the stay was wonderful. The room was comfortable and large enough to accommodate 3 people. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. On our last day in Bucharest, they agreed to hold our luggage at no additional charge until we left for the airport at 4:00 p.m. I cannot say enough good things about the breakfast. There was a wonderful, delicious spread of hot and cold items--from meats and granola to eggs, bacon, and vegetables. Breakfast was included in the price, so it was really a great deal. The hotel isn't located in the greatest area (meaning there isn't much to do), but it is only a 20 minute walk from the Old Town Center, which is bustling with things to see and do. Overall we had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!
