Clean hotel Excellent service Tasty breakfast fresh, close to the city near the park is amazing

I stayed in this hotel a few years ago - the experience was great - the room was clean and the breakfast good. I chose it again for all these reason and I booked a twin room through Expedia. The room they gave us was in a less used part of the hotel and we asked to change it, it was cold and with an unusual smell from the bathroom. The second room was in the hotel and even if the heating was working, the room was more than dissapointing. The walls were dirty, the carpet was dirty, everything looked worn out; I suppose this is the part of the hotel that it is for travelers that stay only one night, are Romanians and pay a smaller rate than the usual (I payed in advance, using my Expedia points). This part of the hotel needs urgent renovations. The only thing that is improved was the breakfast - diverse and fresh, a really good one. I will not stay here again.

Nice hotel in quiet district by Parcul Cusmigiu and walking distance to Calea Victorei and Old Town. Our room was ground floor adjacent to the lobby with some noise but, overall, quieter than I expected. Very good breakfast downstairs and helpful staff. Value for money.

We decided to drive from varna to Bucharest for a day. At 23:00 we went to McDonalds booked this hotel on Orbitz and then showed up at the hotel, of course there was no time for this poor staff to prepare and there was 5 of us! He really went out of his way! Also the breakfast is amazing ! All the staff was amazing . Also easy parking and great location ! Walk or tram or metro! Metro is fabulous.

One minute away from Cismigiu. Great value for your money, excellent service, good buffet breakfast. AC owerwelmed by a hot summer day.

Trianon is located beside Parcul Cismigu, home to shade trees, playgrounds, beerhalls and pleasant benches where you can relax after hoofing it around the city. In this large city, the hotel, and surroundings, are a quiet place to return to.

Very friendly staff which was always ready to help. Nice breakfast, basic food, but still nice and pleasant. Location was very convenient for us. Only thing ask for a second floor room since the first one has its window in the inside hall for smokers and you cannot leave the drapers open since you feel uncomfortable.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast excellent, plenty to choose from. The only downside being that although an extensive restaurant menu was shown the bar and restaurant were closed. But we would definitely stay here again

the cleaning standards are too poor for us. hotel has not parking but we could find parking on the street nearby. good breakfest
