Lake Texoma Inn and Suites to match IHG

I was charged twice for my stay the room smelled like an animal and went for breakfast in the morning and for the price i paid for the room to come down to see just a few eggs and 2 sausages was quite ridiculous

Strong cleaning product smell when entering lobby, television didn’t work, no towels in bathroom, had trouble getting hot water in shower, extremely loud appliances in room when laid down for bed. We did not stay-packed up and drove home

The tv in our original room didn't work; we moved to another room. The refrigerator in this room didn't work. There was a roach in the bathroom, there was a hole in the occasional chair. The frame on the picture was broken. The best thing about the property was the staff at check in.

Very clean and up to date room. Quiet and the bed was comfortable

Front desk never answers the phone, bed was hard.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Anita was at the front desk and she greeted us with such a warm smile and friendly attitude. The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. We noticed a few stains in bathroom but that is normal based on the age of the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This hotel is extremely run down. The tub leaked the entire time we were there as well as the toilet ran. We told the front desk who said many of the rooms are like that and they were waiting on a part to come in. Walls were dirty. Would not stay here again. No offer of a discount or anything to make it right.

Good property. Appears to be short handed.

It was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful.
