Great stay! Will be coming back to more comfort suites

It was a great experience. Staff were really helpful and attentive during our stay.

The reservation was made EXCPECTING a HOT TUB. NOT available. We would have went somewhere else if we knew. On the ceiling above the bed closet to the widow. There is A LOT of pieces of TAPE. Looks like someone stuck something up there. The BATH tub looked like it has a SMALL dripping leak. I didn't hear it even while in the restroom. Just saw the water dripping.

Hotel was clean - room good sized - comfortable bedding and pillows - no luggage rack or hair dryer in our room - breakfast was not the best - I’ve had better - I would return

Hotel is old and in need of a lot of renovations. Shower head had mold on it. Tv did not work. Only one towel in the bathroom. Bathroom floor had sinkholes in it. No ports to charge your devices. Beds were very uncomfortable. No do not disturb placards for the door. Refrigerator was frosted over inside.

The staff was so wonderful. My husband and i agree this is where we will be staying when we are town to see our kids

I LOVED the bedding and the bed!

Door lock was dead in the suite i originally booked, then was moved to a small room with just 1 bed. Then that door lock died our last day. Locks need new batteries or something. Another patron had the same problem during our stay. 3 rooms on a holiday are too many to make unusable. However, staff was great, premises and room clean and safe.

Room was clean, bed and pillows really comfy! The staff was really nice and continental breakfast was good. I will continue to stay here for my business needs.

I had a four night stay with my tv in the room not working the whole time. I reported it to the manager and she didnt seem to care. The first three nights i had to have my card key replaced each night. Had to go down to ask for more towels. Breakfast was eggs, cereal, waffles,
