Lake Texoma Inn and Suites to match IHG

Was warned after checking in that the TV didn’t work. Why would the TV not be replaced if it doesn’t work?

Elevator buttons broken. Causing us to be stuck at 1st. flr. frequently. Staff said they were aware of problem. Room was too dark, lamps missing from desk / rear area. Access cards stopped working, requiring us to be stuck in elevator several more times to get corrected at the front desk. Road to hotel has deep potholes.

It was a terrible stay. First of all when we check in are room was not ready I payed for the bigger room and the elevator button where sticky and all foour ice Machines where not working they told us to walk next door for ice really haow rude and there where to boogers on the wall and the tub was leaking and the bed was terrible i had terrible back pain! I wanted a refund but didn’t happen and there where kids running up and down the hallway knocking on doors will never ever stay here again!

Front desk very hospitable guy

Bed was broken down and there were hairs on the pillows. Shower head sprayed outside the curtain. Staff was polite but hotel was lacking

First night we arrived I went to take a shower and tub was dirty. Looks like someone pissed or spit in tub. Next day I found housekeeper in hallway and asked her to clean. She very politely asked me to ask at front desk. I went to front desk and made the request. Clerk acted like I was an imposition. Needless to say it never got cleaned. Two night rental and no shower. Why did I pay for a hotel??

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, but the beds and couch in our room were not great. The elevator buttons were also extremely hard to push.

The front desk clerk was super helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable!

I reserved a suite with 2 queen and pull out couch. The couch had no mattress. None if the 3 ice machines were working. The buttons on the elevator were extremely hard to push to choose floor. Beds were comfortable. No blow dryer in bathroom, just the bracket on the wall.

When checking in rooms were overbooked. Once in the room had to go back to get bed linens beds were not even made. Water came out of the shower a dirty brown and has to let it run before showering. Would not stay at this property again.
