"Quiet Getaway"

Great location to Custer State Park. Great coffee. Tile floors in lobby, near elevators, pool area, and breakfast are were filthy. We stayed 3 nights and the same dirty spots were there each day. The floor is so sticky that you could hear the peopleโ€™s shoes sticking to the floor as you ate breakfast. Not hard to improve or solve this problem. Make someone mop each day!

"Second visit"

This is our second stay here. We enjoyed so much the balcony suite. The location is ideal for whatever site you want to visit in the Black Hills. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety of options. I will stay here again in the future.

I had to plunge the toilet in my room 5-10x a day. I was there for 6 days. The front desk just handed me the plunger and never offered to fix it.
