Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Custer by IHG

Awesome Hotel - Breakfast was always hot and staff keeping it stocked for visitors. Bedrooms were super cozy only downside was there was a dog across the road that would bark at night like clockwork. Hotel location was great with plenty of parking.

We’ve stayed here before and prefer the quiet upstairs rooms, our ground floor room off the main lobby this time around was quite noisy.

There were bandaids left on the floor in pool area that were there all 5 days we were there. There was a lady working in the breakfast area that was extremely rude every single day.

My king size bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect! The room was clean and everything was in working order. Breakfast was yummy and so very handy. Highly recommend!

Overall, a nice Holiday Inn Express. The room needed to have the paint done as there's chips out of it. The beds were comphy, and the bathroom clean. Breakfast was good.

Property was close to downtown Custer that had restaurants and shops. Very cute town. The hotel is outdated I read somewhere it was remodeled but not sure how long ago. When we checked in our rooms bathroom was dirty the toilet had a stain had to the front desk and they sent someone. It also seemed that they’re short staffed saw only three people working. The front office desk they only had one person and the phone was non stop ringing. We stayed here because there wasn’t many other options.
