The lady st the front desk was every nice. When you first walk in it smell so good. The pool was nice a little cold but you get used to it.

I just love it ..Everything Isaiah and Marlene are keepers..ill be back very soon

Isiah checked us in and he was so friendly, professional and so welcoming. He truly made our stay so comfortable. I will be back. He truly loves what he does and he makes you want to come back!!!

Great place near the Wintrust. Food near by. Pool are, lobby and conference area all nice.

Bar was great! Some of the frint desk staff were a little stiff, courteous but not friendly.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Very clean room and the beds were comfortable.

When I arrived the place was amazing. It’s modern & updated. The check in staff were friendly & fast service. When we got to the room things were okay from what we saw as well. We got something to eat. There’s a lot of close restaurants & stuff close by. When it was time to lay down our bedding apparently was dirty. My family asked what was that on the bed. The bedding was stained but could not see it with the light on. See attached pictures. When I reached out they said I could get at $75 restaurants voucher/credit. However, when we went it was only for $60. We were here for business & we all broke out. When I checked out the front desk lady was so rude when when I tried to explain to her my concerns. Adrianna or something like that.

The service at the hotel was great- the staff did a great job of making sure they were available if we needed anything during our stay.
