Very nice employees. Nice hotel. But our room smelt awful, they were fully booked so they were not able to switch our room. They need new bed covers, ours were stained and gross.

I liked the location, i didn't like that one elevator was down and never fixed. I didn't like there was hardly any staff at the front desk, many times the drsk was unattended. I also didn't like there wasn't a stove top to cook food yet there was a full cabinet of dishes. I didn't like the pre packaged breakfast, it was not fresh eggs.

My daughter‘s flight was changed last minute and I needed to go to Midway and pick her up. Ended up staying overnight at the Doubletree. Great experience! Very clean! The front desk worker was very friendly and knew the answer to every question I had. This hotel has shuttles around Midway. That was a great experience as well. Couldn’t beat the warm chocolate chip cookies. The room was very clean.

The Hotel Staff were amazing! They were polite and accommodated requests quickly and professionally. The opportunity for a late dinner made it easy to eat something that was tasty and delicious I highly recommend this site near Midway Airport and the Interstate when wanting to drive to downtown Chicago.
