"Loved the themed artwork -- really nice touch -- nice hotel -- wonderful staff"

Was in town for a family event -- hotel was ideally placed very close to the airport which was a huge plus. My only negative feedback is that the toilet paper was oddly placed a bit far from the toilet (odd feedback I know but very true) Staff was very nice -- food was really good from room service -- all in all a really good experience.

The property itself is overall great. However the staff is not very friendly to black people. The one black employee even gave us a warning when allowing us entry into the pool. I will not be booking at this location ever again.

Really nice property near Midway Airport. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Wintrust Sports Complex. The location was perfect…literally 5 minutes away. This hotel is clean and modern. Plenty of dining options and ample free parking.
