Please note the property features different floors accessible via stairs. All the apartments and rooms of the Resort, according to your choice, are located on the slopes of the cliffs of the Pola and Giverola mountain coves and therefore all of them are reached by accesses with lots of vegetation and pine trees with stairs and long paved roads, many of them on steep slopes and labyrinths of stairs among nature. Cleaning service is offered every day. Please note, when booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. "Piece of paradise"

Felt like an absolute getaway. The resort does a great job of making everything guest friendly. The views from the pool were fabulous. Pet and kid friendly. We look forward to coming back.

They had some issues with the pool showers. The drainage wasn’t working properly. You had to physically push the button the whole time you wanted it to work. Challenging when you’re trying to wash a baby. Pool bar was lacking food options. Lots of add on extra charges. For example parking and dog. For how much you’re paying per night, these things should be included.

1.Personal very supportive and helpful. We had wrong date selected during booking, however personal made all the efforts to resolve the issues and made easy transition for us before the check-in. 2.Personal on the front desk are very polite and caring, served us with free drinks while resolving our situation. 3. Rooms were exceptionally clean and all the required items needed for the family long stay were provided. Rooms had excellent view to the mountains and sea. Absolutely loved the place. 4. Beach access were very easy and clean at the beach. Facility well designed for different activities, including yoga, tennis, padel and football. Excellent place for long stay. 5. Breakfast and Dinner were very well organized by hotel and the food was delicious. All the food were well prepared, presented and served.

Access to the restaurant on the beach was denied due to some dress code. Minimum shirt, short and slippers required. On the beach dress code doesn't make any sense.
